PESTO/CILANTRO

Pesto sauce with a latin flair!



INGREDIENTS:
•2 cups fresh cilantro leaves
•3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
•1/4 cup pine nuts toasted
•6 clove garlic
•1 tablespoon lime juice or juice of 1/2 lime
•1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
•1 tablespoon salt

PREPARATION:
•Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Per serving: 249 Calories; 25g Fat (89% calories from fat); 5g Protein; 2g Carbohydrate; 8mg Cholesterol; 987mg Sodium
