INGREDIENTS:
1 lb. ground pork
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. dry wine
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1/4 c. grated cheese
1 Tbsp. grated orange peel
anise flavoring to taste
salt, pepper and hot pepper
flakes to taste
Combine all ingredients; mix well. Roll into small
balls. Broil until well done. Serve hot.
